Howard Weingarten has been in practice in Warrenton since 1990. Howard specializes in deep tissue massage, sports massage, and orthopedic massage techniques. His approach is to apply the correct intervention for the specific problem, and has spent years perfecting a unique approach to helping people utilizing intensive techniques. Howard is involved with teaching advanced continuing education courses for massage therapists, traveling nationwide to lead workshops in orthopedic massage approaches.
Naomi Lyon studied at the Utopia Academy of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, British Columbia, and has extensive experience working in that region at five star resorts/hotels for over fifteen years. Naomi continued her education in massage therapy at the El Paso Community College and gained her license in the state of Texas and in New Mexico. She moved to Virginia last year, and is certified to practice here as well.
Naomi realizes the importance of well intentioned, caring touch, and through her years of experience customizes each session to fit your needs with appropriate techniques. She believes that massage can be a great tool for stress reduction, relieving minor musculoskeletal disorders, and assists one to become aware of their body/mind connection through touch. With over 20 years experience, Naomi specializes in deep tissue, Swedish full body, sports injury, and prenatal massage.
Raised in Warrenton, Rachel is a graduate of the Fortis College Massage Therapy program in Richmond, VA. A firm believer that everything in the body as well as life is connected, Rachel uses intuition and technical skills to create full body awareness in her clients. Using deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, and swedish techniques, her goal is to provide a custom massage for each client; working on the individual to meet their specific needs and bring release to the body as well as the mind.
